This site shares information about my services and about real estate around Lake Tahoe. It is general information.

  • It isn't legal, tax, lending, insurance or investment advice. Talk with the right professional before you make those decisions.
  • Visiting the site or sending a form doesn't make me your agent. Representation starts when we sign an agreement.
  • Rules, fees and programs mentioned on the site, such as vacation rental rules or district fees, change. Confirm them for the specific property.

Listing and market information

Listing information may come from the multiple listing services I belong to and from other sources. It can be out of date, and it isn't guaranteed. A home shown here may already be under contract or sold. Any market figure is accurate only as of the date it was published.

Using this site

The words, photos and design on this site belong to me or to the people who licensed them to me. Photos from other photographers are credited where they appear. Please don't copy, republish or scrape the site's content without permission.
