About this policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, what I do with it, and how you can have it changed or removed. It applies to tahoehomesbyangela.com, the website of Angela Roberts, a real estate agent with Mountain Luxury Properties.
Effective date: October 21, 2026. If I change this policy, I'll update the date here.
What this site collects
This site only collects what you choose to send through a form. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your first and last name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
- A message, and your answers to any questions the form asks, such as what kind of home you're looking for.
If you give a phone number and agree to receive text messages, the site also records that you agreed, the exact consent wording you saw, and the date and time.
The site doesn't run advertising or analytics tags from companies like Facebook or Google. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first.
Who receives it
When you send a form, your information goes to my client management system, GoHighLevel, where I keep track of my conversations and follow up with you. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which carries the information from the form to GoHighLevel.
These companies handle the information on my behalf. I don't sell your information to anyone. I never share your phone number or your text message consent with anyone else for their marketing.
I may share information when the law requires it, or with the people working on your transaction, such as an escrow or title company, when you're buying or selling with me.
How I use it
- To answer your question or request.
- To follow up with you about buying or selling a home.
- To send you my newsletter, the Tahoe Living Letter, and other updates by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
I keep your contact information until you ask me to remove it.
Calls and text messages
I only text you if you've agreed to receive text messages. The consent box on each form is never checked for you. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from me varies.
To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. You can also call or email me and ask me to stop.
Your choices
- See what I have. Ask me what information I hold about you.
- Correct it. Tell me if anything is wrong and I'll fix it.
- Remove it. Ask me to delete your information and I will, unless the law requires me to keep a record, such as records of a completed transaction.
- Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Stop texts. Reply STOP.
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
