I grew up visiting Lake Tahoe, and I always dreamed of living here. When I finally bought my own home here, I found out how hard that is from a distance. I loved the lake, but I didn't know the neighborhoods past my family's: which streets you could walk to town from, how much snow each area got, how fast the roads got plowed, or what real lake access looked like for the price. I was looking at homes with almost no context, hoping to get lucky.

I work the way I wish someone had worked for me. Before I show you a single home, I want to know what life you're after up here. Then I match you to the neighborhood that fits, not only the one that's available. You don't need to be in Tahoe to buy in Tahoe. Consider me your presence on the ground.

Before real estate, I spent years as a property manager, including managing apartment complexes, and I have a background in interior decorating. Managing property taught me research, preparation and oversight. More than a decade of selling homes since then has taught me which pre-listing changes move a buyer and which ones only cost money. I also own my own staging company, so staging the key rooms is included on every listing that needs it, at no cost to the seller. I don't hand a client a list of vendors. I run the vendors myself, from first inspection to final walkthrough.

I've worked in real estate sales for more than a decade. I'm a Realtor® with Mountain Luxury Properties, licensed in California and Nevada, and I work both sides of the lake. Knowledge is power. The more I know about a home before we list it or write an offer, the more I can negotiate from strength instead of posturing.
